1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services, products, and activities on the bp taka platform. By accessing the website or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

bp taka reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect means you have accepted the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all registered members, casual users, and any third parties who access any part of the bp taka platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

The Bangla version of these Terms is the primary document. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bangla text shall prevail. "Platform", "service", and "site" all refer to the full range of bp taka's digital services.

2 Account Registration and Management

To use bp taka's services, you must register a personal account. At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be cancelled and any bonuses and winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bp taka support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If your contact details, mobile number, or any other information changes after registration, you are required to update your account profile. bp taka is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All casino and betting activities on bp taka are for persons aged 21 or above only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bp taka may request documents to verify your identity at any time, particularly before processing deposits or withdrawals. This may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or another government-issued identity document.

3.2 Delays in Verification

bp taka reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. If submitted documents are found to be false or altered, the account will be closed immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same across all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes

4.2 Deposit Rules

Only deposits from a mobile wallet registered in your own name are accepted. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be placed under review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements on any received bonuses have been met. bp taka reserves the right to hold any withdrawal on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bp taka offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own detailed terms, which are listed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms are set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

The weekly bp taka deposit gift, bp taka slots festival bonus, weekend taka rain, bp taka birthday treat, and refer-a-friend taka reward — each of these promotions has its own wagering requirements and rules. These bonuses may not apply simultaneously, and bp taka reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts solely to earn bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple members of the same family, or attempting to obtain bonuses by other unauthorised means is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

bp taka offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, and crash games. Each game has its own rules, which you should be familiar with before playing.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid only when the system has successfully confirmed it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the balance. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bp taka does not influence the outcome of any game and does not guarantee winning any specific amount.

6.3 Disputed Bets

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, you must notify the support team within 24 hours of the game. bp taka's decision will be considered final.

7 Fraud and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp taka platform. If detected, bp taka reserves the right to take legal action.

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or documents
• Placing bets using software bots or automation
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Making transactions using third-party funds
• Attempting to launder money through the platform
• Accumulating bonuses through coordinated betting with other players

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bp taka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Refusal to complete verification or providing false information
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Evidence that the account was created by someone under 21 years of age

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may also request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds in your balance; however, any bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

bp taka is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device failure
• Delays caused by the failure of third-party services (such as mobile wallets)
• Account credential theft due to the user's own negligence
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.)
• Service disruption during scheduled platform maintenance

Gaming carries financial risk. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
